20% higher transverse rupture strength and 10% higher high-temperature hardness than existing ceramic grades, FX105's high thermal conductivity also provides superior resistance to thermal cracks. It's primarily used for medium to rough cutting, so we offer M-class inserts as an economical alternate to our G-class inserts.

With fine grain Al2O3 + TiC micro-structure, LX11 provides exceptional hardness and chemical stability for high wear and heat resistance, while incorporating a thin PVD applied TiN layer for additional friction resistance and easy wear identification. Grade T6030 uses a new substrate designed for high strength and notching resistance. Grade T6020 uses a harder substrate for better wear resistance at higher cutting speeds. T6020 has the ability to turn stainless steels at cutting speeds up 700 sfm, thereby reducing cycle time.

Aggressive chipbreaker form allows low Ap cutting, which is effective for machining near net shape parts. Wiper inserts are available in two most popular geometries CNMG and WNMG ½” and 3/8” I.C.

DSX uses a micro-grain alloy giving it high toughness, along with our superior Flash Coat TiAlN coating for excellent wear and heat resistance. Flash Coat is less affected by high heat and can be run at higher speeds, improving output. Point angle along with special X thinning for reducing cutting forces and proper chip formation.

The EPS is a multi-functional, multi-directional end mill for ramping, plunging, shoulder cutting, and z-axis milling. Efficiently machining most materials, it's offered in sizes from .500” to 1.50”, as well as a wide choice of inserts and multiple radii.
