TZP Z-Axis Feed Plunge
Mill
High
output Z-axis milling is the fastest way to rough out any deep contour work.
With a wedge-and-shim design, these cutters can be completely re-built in the
field and original accuracy maintained for many years of service.
Grade AH120 and geometry are specific to this tool for maximum efficiency. TZP
cutters utilize ¼ inch thick inserts to stand up to the rigors of this
kind of machining.
Positive axial, negative radial geometry provides free cutting action combined
with good edge strength. The TZP can also traverse mill @ .020” DOC max
in order to clean up the bottom surface, eliminating the need for another tool.
